Core Process Psychotherapist with an MA in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapeutic Practice. I  work in person in Helensburgh in the West of Scotland, and online.

I previously worked in the NHS as a Consultant Paediatrician and am an APPPAH Pre and Perinatal Psychology Educator (PPNE). I have a longstanding Buddhist practice and am an Ignatian Spiritual Director.
