Psychotherapist

Core Process Psychotherapist with an MA in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapeutic Practice. I  work in person in Helensburgh in the West of Scotland, and online.

I now work specifically in two areas:

I work with people experiencing difficulties related to spirituality/faith or those wanting to deepen their relationship to the sacred through looking at their conditioning and patterns that affect this. I am interspiritual and work with people from any spiritual tradition or none.

I also work with people who have experienced trauma related to pregnancy and childbirth. I have done extensive post-graduate training in pre- and perinatal psychotherapy and am an APPPAH Pre and Perinatal Psychology Educator (PPNE).

I previously worked in the NHS as a Consultant Paediatrician and also have a BA (Hons) in Humanities and Religious Studies (1st Class, OU). I have a longstanding Buddhist practice and am an Ignatian Spiritual Director.
