Online / Telephone Sessions OfferedMeghan Fulton Psychotherapy, London & Kent
Regents Park / Finsbury Park / Kent
I believe I'm a culturally responsive therapist, and I have a particular interest in working with individuals around the issues of: relationships, family, developing & embodying your own unique full potential & creativity, 'stuckness,' dreams, your relationship with nature & the natural world, climate change grief or anxiety, loss/bereavement, spirituality, racial issues, anti-racism.
As well as Zoom, I offer therapy sessions in natural spaces (either sitting or walking outdoors in London and also in the Medway area of Kent) and I enjoy offering the chance for others to help deepen their relationships with nature. I believe the outdoors is not just a location but also a relationship and a beautiful source of attachment. Nature offers us the core conditions of the ideal primary carer: a non judgmental, available, accepting, calm, unconditional positive regard.
I have also done some Couples Therapy training with Cabby Laffy, some training with Imago techniques, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) - rooted in the science of adult attachment, as well as Non-Violent Communication skills - I have found these all beautifully align with and support the Core Process Therapy model. I was a Couples Therapist at Alain de Botton's 'The School Life' in Bloomsbury, London, and since 2017, I have been offering private Couples Therapy online.
