I offer Core Process Psychotherapy in Bath.

I am a fully qualified and accredited Core Process Psychotherapist.

This is a one to one talking therapy, based on mindfulness to life.

Mindfulness Psychotherapy practices can help depression, stress, anxiety, bereavement, shock and trauma , relationship problems , addiction . The emphasis is on relieving suffering through bringing awareness and compassion to how we are in the present moment .

I will offer you a deep, gentle, non judgmental, holistic and confidential approach to understanding both yourself and the difficulties you are facing.

The sessions last an hour and are held weekly.
