Hello, I’m a senior trainee in Core Process Psychotherapy (a UKCP accredited training). I offer a mindfulness, body-based approach that merges contemporary styles of psychotherapy with Buddhist psychology and compassion practices. When our life paths get too much sometimes, it can be daunting to travel alone. Friends and family have the best of intentions, but only so much capacity to assist. You may feel stuck in life or you may be at a cross-roads. You may need a little clarity to help you break through some tired old patterns, or you may be ready to delve deeper into the unknown. No burden is too small to carry alone - but that first step to seek help can feel like a leap of faith. I offer compassionate, non-judgemental space for you to explore what arises. I walk beside you on your journey to uncover peace, understanding, and self-confidence.

I have experience in antagonistic relational abuse, intergenerational & ancestral trauma, family conflict and relationship issues, anxiety and depression, adult ADHD/ADD in women.
