Registered Psychotherapist in South Wales and Northumberland.

I have many years of experience working with people with a wide range of mental health problems and have learned how each individual is unique, and how different people may benefit from different approaches to tackling their difficulties.

My professional development as a therapist, trainer and supervisor has been informed by these values and this is reflected in my choices for my own training, supervision and development.

I have trained in various modalities of therapeutic work including Person-centred counselling, Core process psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, EMDR, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural approaches, family therapy and systemic practice, Group Analysis, pre- and perinatal psychology & professional supervision.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Supervisor with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) (Reg no: 06158496)

I’ve learned and grown so much in my experience as a psychotherapist, and I’m excited to share this with you. I work primarily online and I also offer sessions in my comfortable modern practice in Northumberland.

I also design and run mindfulness trainings and counselling trainings online.
