I am a psychotherapist in training, offering low-cost Core Process Psychotherapy in Islington and Hackney, London.

I provide a safe, warm and accepting space to freely express and explore your thoughts, feelings and vulnerabilities in confidence and without judgement.

In a therapeutic setting, bringing mindful attention to the breath, body sensations, thoughts and emotions, we can begin to really see our patterns and unbind them. This is an internal journey to freedom.

I work face-to-face and online and offer long-term and short-term therapy – the duration depends very much on you.
