My practice is face-to-face in Stonehouse in Plymouth on Mondays and Tuesdays, and in Central Exeter on Wednesdays. I offer online appointments by Zoom at other times.

I believe Core Process Psychotherapy helps create a space of potential where new responses to our current conditions can emerge.

I am a practising Quaker.

Specialisms

 I specialise in loss, transition and change, working in particular with young people and adults in Further and Higher Education.

I trained as a counsellor before becoming a Core Process Psychotherapist, so, in the last eight years, I have worked with a wide range of clients in private practice and for voluntary organisations, including University of Plymouth, Duchy College, Kooth, and Plymouth Bereavement Counselling Service.
