Being seen and accepted for all that you are is the most important part of your healing journey and being someone who is able to do that for you is a huge privilege.
Like many others, I was drawn to this work because of my own pain and therefore my personal healing journey. I have learnt that healing is possible and I am learning the ways I feel are most potent, so that I can pass them on to you.
It stands to reason that the relationship between therapist and client is the most important factor to any transformation and healing. This is why I offer a free introductory session to ensure you feel that I’m the right therapist for you before we both commit.
After the introductory session, I recommend six sessions. During our sixth session, we’ll reflect and review, discussing how the work is going together and deciding if we feel it is right to continue.
As a therapist in training, I currently charge a reduced rate of £40 per one hour session.
I’m happy to work from The Remedy Centre in Wells, Somerset or remotely by Zoom.
