The Mind Body Contemplative

I am committed to accompanying clients from coping to thriving. Rooted in depth psychotherapy, Core Process Psychotherapy offers the possibility of a long-term therapeutic relationship, and to support you through a difficult period.

I am a UKCP-accredited Core Process psychotherapist with an MA in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy, aiming to address all aspects that make us who we are; there is complete interaction between the heart, mind, body, and spirit.

Practicing mindfulness in relationship, I seek to offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which to deeply explore and integrate with kindness and compassion, orienting to your inherent health and wisdom, thus enabling you to move beyond your patterning and changing your relationship to yourself and others.

Originally a dance and movement practitioner I have worked as a craniosacral therapist since 2007; both inform my deeply embodied approach to CPP.

I have experience with a range of issues, among others:  grief, depression and anxiety, trauma, childhood trauma, abandonment and abuse, self-esteem, attachment and relationship issues, disordered eating and self-harm.
