Offering core process psychotherapy in Bangor, North Wales and online at discounted trainee rates. 

In my personal experience, core process psychotherapy is gentle yet incredibly powerful. It has helped me to be kinder to myself, feel a greater sense of wholeness and has enriched my relationships. I feel that whilst therapy can be fantastic for anyone in crisis or struggling with their mental health, it is also great for anyone who is seeking to improve their well-being and to understand themselves better.

As a trainee at this stage, I have met all the necessary requirements to start working with clients and I'm in ongoing training and supervision. I'm a member of both the UK Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Association of Core Process Psychotherapists (ACPP).

As a trainee, I am currently offering very favourable rates and in addition to this, the first introductory session is free.
