Embodying WellBeing

I am a Karuna I graduate and accredited member of the UKCP and ACPP. I practice in private rooms in Dublin and West Wicklow.  Both my therapy rooms invite support from the nature that surrounds them and outdoor sessions can be arranged. I work face to face and online with clients and prioritise offering a warm and safe environment. We do this through leaning into the client - therapist relationship and creating opportunities for co-regulation.  I am comfortable working with trauma sensitivity, Mind body dysregulation and psychosomatic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.  Whoever you are and whatever you bring I aim to meet you there.  My previous work experience includes specialism in Occupational health nursing and Wellbeing.
