Mindful Psychotherapy reconnects us with our intuitive wisdom and inherent health, providing the clarity and confidence to skilfully navigate life's difficulties. It is a uniquely personal journey that is transformative and worthwhile, both in times of crisis and beyond.

As a counsellor, coach & psychotherapist, I bring twenty-five years of experience to my work with clients. My therapeutic journey started in 1998 with the practice of meditation and yoga. In 2007 I trained as a trauma therapist, incorporating somatic bodywork. After a decade in private practice, I completed a Masters in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute and Middlesex University. 

I am also a trained Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Conscious Health & Leadership  Coach and Journey Method Practitioner ©

Specialisms

I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including complex trauma, abuse, anxiety, substance & behavioural addictions, eating problems, sexual difficulties or dysfunction, life crisis, burnout, depression, low self-worth, long-term illness, bereavement, betrayal and relationship problems. 

I offer weekly therapeutic appointments of 1 hour and for most effective results I encourage in-person sessions.
