Mindful Psychotherapy in Central London, W1

My practice is influenced by many years of mindfulness and contemplative training, including preparation and ordination within a Buddhist tradition. While not required or assumed, this background can support clients interested in exploring their inner world through a spiritual or philosophical lens — or simply through greater presence and depth.

I offer ongoing weekly therapy in person, with online sessions available as a backup when needed. While short-term therapy can be helpful, this work often supports lasting change when approached over time. I offer an initial assessment session without obligation, so that we can both see whether working together feels like the right fit.

If you’re curious to begin or want to know more, I warmly welcome you to get in touch.

Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapist

MA Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy (Middlesex University) and Accredited Member of UKCP

I’m a Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapist with over thirty years of experience in the fields of psychotherapy, inner work, and personal transformation.

My approach is grounded in deep listening, embodied presence, and relational care. I bring to this work decades of engagement with long-term psychotherapy, trauma-informed practice, and integrative therapeutic methods. I hold a Masters in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy from Middlesex University (through the Karuna Institute in Devon) and have completed two in-depth psychotherapy trainings. I’m also a trained practitioner in The Journey Method, Conscious Leadership Coaching, and Nonviolent Communication.

In therapy, I offer a safe and confidential space where you are welcome just as you are — whether you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed, struggling with relationship patterns, navigating grief or addiction, or simply longing to reconnect with what matters most. My way of working is gently exploratory, allowing time and space for a client’s inner experience to unfold in its own way. This work is not about fixing, but about being present with what’s here — and discovering, through that presence, the possibility of meaningful change.

I have particular experience working with:

  • Anxiety, low mood, and emotional overwhelm

  • Relational trauma and early attachment wounding

  • Addiction and recovery (including support for loved ones)

  • Loss, grief, and life transitions

  • Sexuality and intimacy concerns

  • Spiritual and existential exploration
