My approach is to offer a safe and non-judgemental space in which you can explore the experiences in your life that are causing you difficulties, or those areas that you wish to take a deeper look at and understand more fully.  There are no areas that are excluded from our therapy sessions and I will meet you with compassion and curiosity, inviting a present moment exploration of your feelings, thoughts and experiences.

I am an experienced professional, with extensive experience in financial sectors and for the last decade I have worked comprehensively within holistic health. I am in my final, Clinical Year of Core Process Psychotherapy training and due to this I am offering reduced rates which can be helpful for many people. I offer in person psychotherapy in Lewes and Haywards Heath, Sussex and I also work online.
