I have a natural curiosity about people, I am patient, and I have a deep commitment to finding a way that feels right for each human being.

I have over twenty years experience supporting and being alongside people in a range of professional roles within the statutory and voluntary sector. I continue to be grateful for the glimpses that people allow me to have into their lives. My heart is often touched by what is shared, even in the darkest moments.

I have experience of supporting people with a range of difficulties, including but not exclusively: traumatic events, neglect, abuse, relationship issues, loneliness, lack of confidence, living with shame, fear, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, feeling out of control, feeling lost, self-harm (various forms), discrimination, ageing, illness and bereavement, 

In addition to working with suffering, I am also interested in working with people who would like therapy for self-development.

I practice Core Process psychotherapy which is a relational mindfulness- based training recognised by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). This approach brings awareness in the present moment to all of our experience (mind and body).

I charge £50 for an hour session. 

I practice from a central Bristol location. My practice room is on the 3rd floor and there is no access to a lift.

Please be aware that my phone and emails are only checked on a Monday afternoon, Tuesday & Wednesday between 9am - 5pm, and a Thursday morning.
