With more than twenty five years of expereince as a psychotherapist and a craniosacral therapist, I bring a deep respect for the wisdom of the human psyche and its capacity to access health even in the most difficult circumstances. My interest is in people, not labels. I am also informed by time spent with indigenous elders from non-western traditons, which place human nature in the context of the wider natural world.

Specialisms

Embodied enquiry, with many years of experience of working with how womb and birth experience are held in the body. This is informed by a background in body psychotherapy and craniosacral therapy. 

Working with dreams, informed especially by the Jungian approach and indigenous traditions.
