A warm welcome. I'm an experienced Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor working in Devon face to face, and online via Zoom or Skype with clients  elsewhere. I particulary welcome contact from Glasgow/Scottish clients online given my own roots there, and continuing familiarity with the living context.

I've built a respected track record over 19 years working with clients in a variety of therapeutic settings, including the NHS, social services, counselling agencies, education and business - helping people get to know themselves better, making possible the lasting changes they want.

I'm able to offer you integrated depth work that includes Core Process and Person Centred Psychotherapy held within the enriching context of mindfulness awareness and enquiry.  I work with adult individuals.

 I work with many of the usual struggles life brings all of us. However, trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression are my main specialisms.
