Lotus Psychotherapy

I offer mindfulness based psychotherapy, working with adults (18+) in distress, with relationship difficulties, recent and childhood trauma, mental health diagnoses and many other conditions.  In support of clients during the COVID-19 period, I will offer therapy online or by phone.
