My psychotherapy training  is Core Process Psychotherapy which is a psycho spiritual modality. A therapy practise underpinned by Buddhist psychology and informed by western therapeutic theory and interventions.

I trained with the Tavistock Institute London, as a  psycho dynamic couples counsellor.

I am a qualified Supervisor for practising psychotherapists, counsellors Trainees and students and all practitioners in the healing and caring professions.
