Working with young adults to maturing elders of my clientele, we meet in my garden practice overlooking Dartmoor for weekly sessions.  We will generally sit together; There is also the option of a couch to lay on and to walk in the nature of our 3 1/2acre land.

The sessions are one hour with an initial first half hour free, this is to see and feel how we may work together and if we both feel comfortable to proceed.

I also enjoy the tools of Voice Dialogue, sand play and experimentation, along with 30+ years of meditation, movement and spiritual practise that all informs the experience we do together.

The clinic is easily accessed by car with parking or bus with a 20 minute walk.

Specialisms

I deeply appreciate working with a wide range of explorations and specialise in areas of transpersonal, mindfulness, pre+perinatal and trauma, alongside the Central work of Core Process Psychotherapy.

At the heart of the work is health no matter what is being brought and journeyed with together.

I also enjoy the tools of Voice Dialogue, sand play and experimentation, along with 30+ years of meditation, movement and spiritual practise that all informs the experience I share as we work together.

My background is 25 years as a midwife in a various countries.  I currently also practice as a Craniosacral Therapist, Lecture and co-ordinate Cranial trainings and post grads, plus I  supervise and mentor.
