I have been a UKCP registered Core Process Psychotherapist since 2010 and I have trained in other body-based approaches and as a Health Psychologist. 

I work integratively, relationally and transpersonally.

In addition to holding a private practice since 2005, I have a range of clinical experience including working within the voluntary sector and a non-government organisation and working extensively within the field of mental health in the NHS with children, families, young people and adults.

I currently offer individual psychotherapy for adults and clinical supervision in Northampton during the day, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
