Mindfulness Therapy

Since graduating and the accrediting as a Core Process pyschotherapist with UKCP, I have specialised in somatic psychotherapy to help with trauma. I also work with EMDR and Sensorimotor pyschotherapy as a result of these further trainings. As with CPP these are mindfulness-based and embodied healing approaches. I'm also trained as a Yoga Therapist and teacher and integrate appropriate such approaches into my psychotherapy work.
