I am a warm and experienced senior psychotherapist. Whatever brings you to therapy, you will find it enriching and more enjoyable than you might have imagined.  Getting to know yourself more deeply and becoming more aligned with your best self is a fulfilling experience. Psychotherapy is an investment in yourself that you wiull be able to draw upon every single day. It is a catalyst for change, and you will know when you are ready to undertake this journey together.

My sessions are friendly and informal, but at the same time I hold a seasoned professionalism. As far as I am capable, I am open hearted and accepting of your individuality, whoever you are.

I offer secure sessions online, and in person in Plymouth when appropriate. 

I also offer therapeutic coaching and writing coaching.

I have worked with every possible issue and every type of person, and I like working with everyone... but my special interests are developing your creativity, opening up your relationship with yourself, the relationship between depth psychotherapy and your spiritual practice, issues of sexuality and gender, work with young people and couples, and compasionate but dynamic work with those of you facing difficult transitions and loss.
