I have been working as a psychotherapist for nearly 30 years, supporting people to heal and transform stress, anxiety and trauma into peace, joy, confidence and fulfillment.  

I also work as a facilitator and am a qualified teacher.  I have worked for a large range of organisations as well as facilitating private courses.  For the last ten years I have been employed by the Cork Education Training Board, teaching further education courses for adults and also specialising in teaching adults with special needs.
