I am a UKCP registered core process psychotherapist working in Bath.  I offer a safe, confidential space for you to explore feelings such as  disappointment, anxiety, depression and loss .  I will listen to you  in a non-judgemental, compssionate way and help you to become  both less self critical, and more open to new possibilities and ways of looking at yourself and others.

 I have considerable experience of working with bereavement, loneliness, questioning life and chronic health issues, which are often linked to a sense of identity, anxiety  and or depression.

I specialise in working loss. This can be loss of a relationship, bereavement, loss of trust , loss of meaning in life or even a loss of purpose and direction.
