Incubatio

Bronwen's home practice lies on the border of Suffolk, Cambridge and Essex. It is 45 minutes from Cambridge, 30 minutes from Newmarket, 50 minutes from Chelmsford and 30 minutes from Saffron Walden or Bury.  It is about an hour from East London. Clients often enjoy the travel, as it is usually on smaller roads through the Suffolk countryside. They also enjoy the charm of a 400-year old cottage!

Dr Bronwen Rees practises from both Cambridge and Wixoe, Suffolk. She has been practising for fifteen years. She specialises in trauma, intergenerational trauma, addiction, relationship issues, and working with power - particularly in the workplace.  She believes that much of today's mental health problems are as much social and sometimes ancestral. She is particularly interested in the cross-over between new science discoveries and spiritual training, and that this offers a new way forward for individuals in their lives, and is developing work around this.

She founded  the East West Sanctuary in Budapest, Hungary, where she regularly ran retreats, workshops and seminars. She has led retreats in Hungary, UK and Thailand. She is published internationally, and has given many talks throughout the world.

She was Director of the Centre for Transformational Management Practice  at Anglia Ruskin University where she developed methods for introducing contemplative practice and ethics  into organisations, and led a team of researchers in this area.

She is also concerned with creating sustainable systems for the future, and helps guide individuals in working with their communities for this to happen
