09:30 on Saturday 16th October 2021 to 16:00 on Saturday 16th October 2021
You are hereby formally invited to attend the Association of Core Process Psychotherapists’ 2021 Annual General Meeting, due to take place on Saturday 16th October 2021 from 2.00-3:45pm (BST) online via Zoom.
This will be preceded by a free online CPD workshop in the morning, from 10.00 -1.00 pm, entitled “Two Lenses into Diversity and Inclusivity”, facilitated by Syed Azmatullah (Azmat) and Susan Groves. You will be able to log in from 9:30am on the day. Breaks will be included.
Unlike previous years, you do not need to inform us in advance of your intention to attend either the CPD workshop or AGM; simply use the Zoom linkprovided
Both the AGM and CPD workshop are open to all ACPP members except for “Students”. Members are asked to arrange any potential boundary issues amongst themselves
Although not required, members wishing to send in apologies can do so by emailing Katharine Rider (ACPP’s Secretary) directly on firstname.lastname@example.org (rather than using either the “Reply” or “Reply All” buttons on Coretalk)
Certificates of Attendance for the AGM and CPD workshop will be issued after the event(s)
Some parts of Azmat’s presentation on the CPD workshop will be recorded Contact Rosswell Gadsden on email@example.com if you are having difficulties accessing either meeting via Zoom link.
Furthermore, please keep an eye open for some “Housekeeping Guidelines” that will be posted closer to the day.
Due to time constraints and to avoid repetition, we will only be presenting highlights from the Annual Report, rather than reading through the full Report (or 2020 Minutes) in detail. However, there will be time for questions. Members are therefore advised to please read the Report and Minutes in full before the meeting.
In addition, you will notice that we will be asking for members’ re-ratification of the “Proposal for changes to the Articles of Association for ACPP as an Accrediting Organisation”, as explained in the 2021 Annual Report. This is a requirement of our Articles and Companies House. Members who are unable to attend the AGM will be able to submit a proxy vote using the Proxy Voting Form. Details for how to do this are on the form itself.
